Bid Results: Wadman Policy is that we do not give out bid results until we have received bid results ourselves. Once we recieve bid results (Typical 2 weeks), you will need to talk to one of the following :
(1) If we are awarded a project, the Project Manager assigned to that project is who you will need to contact concerning bid results.
(2) If we are not the low bidder on a project the estimator who bid that project is who you will need to contact for bid results.
Plans & Specs: When awarded a project from Wadman Corporation you will be given a CD with the bid set of drawings in tiff format and specifications / addendums in pdf format for your use. Wadman Corporation will NOT be providing hard copies.
We use Planswift for takeoffs and plan review.
Wadman Corporation is continually looking to add qualified subcontractors and vendors to our database. Please submit a qualification form to introduce your firm and services. You are encouraged to follow up with a personal introduction to our estimators once you have submitted your information.
