Featuring 642,000 square feet of space, Westgate Resort and Spa is a breathtaking five-star timeshare luxury resort near Park City, Utah. Built on our aggressive fast-track scheduling program, the entire project was successfully completed in 18 months per the owner’s requirements to market the property during the 2002 Winter Olympics.

Phase 1 consists of 210 condominium units, retail space, a restaurant, a deli and an on-site grocery store, conference space, a full service spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a three level underground parking structure. Guests also enjoy the convenience of ski – in / ski – out accommodations.

The Plaza area was designed as a major focal point of the resort and includes tennis courts, indoor / outdoor pool system partially enclosed by a glass solarium, hot tubs, basketball courts, a nature walk, and a 35” waterfall and pond system.

The 117,000 square foot subterranean parking structure is three levels and accommodates 320 stalls. The structure was built using a post-tension cabling system to accommodate a large amount of weight for the Plaza area which is built directly over the structure.

Winner of several industry awards including Best Landscape Project for Excellence in Construction 2002; and Best Resort Project for Excellence in Construction 2002, Westgate’s design was inspired by the spectacular mountain resort landscape that surrounds it.
