Wadman was privileged to work on this adaptive reuse project for the LDS Church in Layton, UT. The state of the art research facility designed by Architectural Nexus opened in November. Thursday stakeholders and the community gathered for the cutting of the red ribbon for the beautiful addition to Utah School for the Deaf and the Blind's Salt Lake Campus on 3300 South. Our team consisting of; Chad Venable, Tyler Shupe, and Ben Saunders worked with David McKay from DFCM and Jacoby Architects on this cutting edge facility.
We would like to say a big THANK YOU to all those that contributed to making the annual Wadman Corporation Charity Golf Tournament a huge success this year. As a result of your generosity, we were able to donate to two of our favorite local charities, the YCC and Youth Impact. Both these charities work hard continually to make a difference in the lives of families in the Ogden area.
We are excited that our award winning library team has been selected for the renovations of the iconic Weber County Main Library. This branch is located in our home town of Ogden, UT and takes great pride in the services it offers to our community.
After the new addition is built, Mathieu said, the 911 center and employees will move in and Wadman employees will gut the existing 3,300 square feet of the current center and remodel it. The remodeling work is expected to be completed by midsummer.

Dave Hogan, President of Ogden- based Wadman Corporation, was installed as the chapter’s 2016 Chairman at the Installation Banquet on January 23. Hogan was passed the gavel by 2015 Chairman Jeff Clyde, President of Springville-based W.W. Clyde & Co. and expressed gratitude to Clyde and other industry leaders at the opportunity to serve the approximately 500-member chapter.
Cody Martin was honored as AGC of Utah's Superintendent of the the Year for his oversight of the construction of the LDS Payson Temple.
The Payson Temple in South Utah County is a testament to the talents of both designers and artisans who collaborated to produce an exquisite piece of architecture. Interior and exterior design elements are ornate, and were very carefully chosen.
For this years service project we were spread out all over the county. We utilized our new construction communication tool FieldLens. Everybody received all direction and tasks right on their mobil phones. The project managers could track all the progress happening at the four worksites in real time.
Gensler Architecture and Design was awarded the 2014 American Institute of Architects (“AIA”) Institute Honor Award for the The Jackson Hole Airport Renovation and Expansion. Wadman Corporation was the General Contractor for this Phase of work on the Airport. The Honor Award is a National award from the AIA. There were over 500 international entries by many of the best architects in the world.
