William and Marianna Bowker welcomed their beautiful little boy, Liam Ray, into the world on 2/3/2023! He weighs 7 lbs 9 oz and both he and his mom are doing great! William is currently helping build the Syracuse Temple. Congratulations to the Bowkers!
