The main function of this three-story, 45,000 sq ft building is to provide health services to the Davis County community.  Health Care services include women, infants, and children clinics, a vital records office, food handler testing, a public health lab, senior services, family health, and the Midtown Community Health Center.  In addition, the structure also houses administrative offices, meeting and classroom space, and exercise facilities.
