Construction Management

Our construction management system offers a collaborative approach with the client, architect and subcontractor(s) that create a team approach to the project. General Contracting

This traditional method of delivery gives us the flexibility and creativity needed to deliver a project with a competitive bid approach. Generally the contract is performed on a lump sum price that covers all labor, equipment, services, materials, overhead and profit for the entire project. Design - Build

At Wadman Corporation we understand that not every client has the need for a design-build project. However, we do recognize the tremendous benefits of this delivery method and we possess the skill sets to deliver a successful design-build project. This delivery method allows the client to contract directly with Wadman for both the design and construction phases of the project. This results in single point responsibility in which Wadman Corporation takes the lead in creating a team of quality professionals that corresponds to the specific criteria of the project.
