New construction consists of a concrete tilt building with approximately 43,500 SF of new production, packaging, and warehousing areas, and a small addition to the office area. Site work includes demolition and/or modification of site paving, utilities, and curbing as required for new construction. New site work reroutes existing utilities, re-grades portions of the site, and extends paving on the south to provide a larger dock area for shipping and receiving. The existing mill remained operational throughout the duration of construction.
