Wadman Corporation took over this project when the project was 5% complete after the decision was made to replace the original contractor. Working closely with the design team in the discovery process to define and understand all of the unforeseen conditions left by the previous contractor.

The project team worked efficiently to bring the project back on schedule, meeting the owner’s completion date, and mitigating risks to the project funding requirements. The entire team collaborated to provide information, options, and solutions for each stop of planning so educated decisions were made with clearly defined objectives.
