Wadman supervised this complex project meeting an aggressive fast-track construction schedule of 16 months.  As inclement weather set in, Wadman began excavation to remove 65,000 cubic yards of earth from the site. Major concrete pours and the complex underground 3-level parking structure began in December during inclement weather conditions.  Sixteen months later the first phase, including 120,000 square foot 7-level hospitality structure was completed and fully operational, successfully meeting the owner’s objective for critical grand opening dates for the 2002 Winter Olympics.
