This project is comprised of two mechanical bays, two lube bays, one wash bay, tool & oil storage, storm sewer stock & storage, sanitary sewer stock & storage, water stock & storage, offices, conference room, toilet rooms, and multi-purpose room.  The site provides staff and city vehicle parking, as well as refueling and circulation for city trucks.  Special considerations for security, facility operations, and appearance were given to the site. Construction is a metal building shell with custom color concrete.
