Located at 348 East South Temple in Salt Lake City, The Source on South Temple is a 180-unit residential development that thoughtfully combines historic preservation with new construction. The project transformed a former IBM office building, originally constructed in the early 1960s, into 20 residential units while preserving its distinctive three-story concrete arches. A new seven-story residential tower was constructed alongside the historic structure, providing 161 additional units above a multi-level parking podium.

The development features a rooftop amenity deck, resort-style pool, fitness center, resident lounges, bowling alley, golf simulator, music studio, and other shared spaces designed to create a modern urban living experience. The project required careful coordination within a highly constrained downtown site, including multiple shoring systems, underground parking, and construction immediately adjacent to neighboring buildings.
