Wadman Corporation completed the ground-up construction of a new 123,000-square-foot Smith’s Marketplace in Lehi, Utah. Designed to provide more than a traditional grocery experience, the Marketplace offers a broad selection of food, household goods, apparel, housewares, and other everyday products under one roof. The building features durable CMU construction with a steel joist and deck system, supported by comprehensive site development and infrastructure improvements. The project also included the construction of a new fuel center, providing added convenience for customers and complementing the Marketplace’s one-stop shopping experience. The completed facility delivers a spacious, modern retail environment designed to serve the needs of the growing Lehi community.
