The new liquor store provides over 12,000 SF high-end retail shopping space that includes, but is not limited to; a retail sales area, storage, office, restrooms, breakroom, lockers, and a shipping/loading dock. The project also includes an access road to the store. Construction consists of steel bearing with masonry, metal panel, and wood siding exterior. Roofing components are TPO Membrane and Metal Roofing, Interior finishes include polished concrete floors, painted gyp board, and reclaimed T&G wood ceilings.
